The end of the month also marked the beginning of a well-earned retirement for York Survey Supply Centre’s technical advisor, Bob Wells...
He will be familiar to regular readers of The Surveying Times - as York Survey’s technical advisor, Bob has always been their "go to" man whenever information on a new product is needed and, as such, has appeared in almost every edition since it was launched!
With years of experience in the surveying industry, Bob has been an invaluable asset to YSSC and their customers have benefitted greatly from his extensive knowledge over the last four years. He has seen the emergence of many new surveying technologies during his career but always kept himself up to date with the latest developments, ensuring he could offer you all the very best service.
"Bob has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the surveying industry and we’ve been proud to have him on our team for the last few years of it," says managing director, Stuart Rawlings, "He has always been popular with staff and customers alike - we all wish him the very best in his retirement!"
