Depthmate Depth Sounder
The Depthmate depth sounder is simple sonar detection in the palm of your hand. Simply touch the end of the unit into the water, slide the switch and see an instant reading of depth. The reading is displayed on an illuminated LCD for ten seconds. This pocket-sized depth sounder is very accurate and high quality. Is useful for boating, fishing, scuba diving, coastal surveys and scientific work. It even works through ice and floats! Can read in feet or meters, to the nearest tenth, and is extremely accurate when used correctly.
A similar version is also available with a transducer with an external transducer at the end of a 12ft wire and is completely waterproof. With the transducer at the end of the 12ft wire, the unit can be used from boats, mounted inside or outside the hull, or on a pole or boathook.
