The CMEXpert Flooring Inspection Kit is a non-destructive concrete and wood, moisture and humidity meter. It has a digital read out giving you the moisture content in concrete floors and floor screeds instantly. It comes with a plug in wall probe to give accurate moisture readings in wood from 7 to 40%. It also comes with a plug in humidity probe for relative humidity, temperature, dew-point and mixing ratio readings. This kit is particularly useful to flooring contractors, inspectors and technical field staff who wish to avoid the risks associated with excess moisture.
