Moisture Encounter Plus
The Moisture Encounter Plus is a non-destructive moisture detector for wood, felt-roofing, drywall, plaster, bricks, tiles, timber, masonry and many others. It has 3 measurement ranges optimised for testing different materials. It uses low-frequency signals and has a signal penetration of up to 30mm. A large and easy to read display allows you to easily gauge your results. A 'hold' function is useful so the user can 'freeze' a result if for example the display may not be visible. The instrument features an 'Auto-Power off' function when not in use. It also features a 'High Moisture' audio warning tone which can be switched on or off.
